THE RESORT rates

The rental rate is for the accommodation. The resorts listed require a mandatory all-inclusive fee for food and drink. We are providing 2 options for payment of these fees. Upon arrival there will resort fee.

MANDATORY CHARGES TO ALL ARRIVALS:

  • Fees are payable upon arrival in cash or credit card only, and are in addition to the all‑inclusive fees.
  • The additional charges do not apply to children 0-3 years old, and children 3-11 years old only pay 50%.

Resort Fee (guests of members):

  • Tropical, Crown and Residence Suites, and Cofresi Palm
    US$16 per person per night
  • Sunrise Suites, Presidential Suites, and Royal Suites
    US$18 per person per night
  • Villas
    US$25 per person per night

Option A
The reservation price listed covers the accommodation rental fee only

Note:
 The mandatory daily all-inclusive fee and resort fee payment will be required at check in.

Option B
The total amount for accomadation rental fee and all inclusive fee will be sent to you. Once the reservation is confirmed, and the balance is paid, DR Vacation Getaways will send you a certificate, for the All Inclusive and Rental fee payment, that you will to present on check in.

Note:
 The mandatory resort fee payment will be required at check in.

Restrictions for villa reservations:

  • 4 night minimum during the week that leads into Easter Sunday
  • No guest bookings in villas over Christmas and New Year’s.
  • The resort enforces double occupancy (2 people per room) in villas during peak holiday times.
  • Please find below the dates that villas must be requested based on double occupancy.

*If unforeseen circumstances should arise and a 5- or 6-bedroom villa is not available at time of check-in, two villas will be provided at no additional costs to accommodate number of bedrooms required.
